Jak posílat přílohy bezpečně?
Ochrana před škodlivým kódem je velmi důležitá a je tak správně, že Outlook některé soubory z důvodu bezpečnosti blokuje. Zároveň se často i tyto soubory (a další) potřebuji poslat třetí straně e-mailem.
Jak tedy takové soubory posílat e-mailem bezpečně?
- Přes Cloud (Microsoft 365 (Onedrive), Google Drive, Dropbox, …)
Nejjednodušší a v dnešní době i nejsprávnější je posílat soubory přes sdílené odkazy na cloudových uložištích. V takových případech totiž neposíláte soubory přímo, ale pouze odkaz na tyto soubory. Navíc nadále můžete omezovat přístup k takovým souborům a neztratíte tak nad sdílením kontrolu. Sdílení můžete kdykoliv navíc odvolat. - Zabalené do ZIP souboru
Toto je asi nejrozšířenější metoda, pomocí které se posílají soubory. Zip soubory, či soubory jiného kompresního nástroje, Outlook nijak neblokuje a můžete si je bezpečně stáhnout.
Nejsprávnější metodou je posílání e-mailů pomocí cloudových služeb. Je to jednoduché, rychlé a bezpečné. Navíc se tak v e-mailech neposílají velké přílohy a Vám tak nebudou e-maily zbytečně zabírat místo na disku.
